Wonga Beach Tourist Park

This large parcel of beach front land had a previous approval for a caravan park which had been poorly planned. Studio Mango’s revised proposal endeavoured to trade off some increased density in return for much better planning, including ponds and wetlands and a more organic layout.

It provided lots for camping and caravans, and cabins and villas with a large entertainment precinct and retention of existing vegetation.
